Welcome to the Metaphysical Center and Church of the Spirit. We are a non-denominational, interfaith, holistic ministry located in Poughkeepsie, NY. We offer an alternative to traditional religious practice, and welcome all who wish to participate. We are dedicated to helping individuals explore their spirituality and connection to God/Universe through mind, body, and spirit.
Through weekly worship services, meditation and metaphysical instruction, we discover our life purpose and create a positive, abundant and loving life.
Our spiritiual philosophy is known as New Thought, and is practiced by our fellow churches, the Unity Church of Christianity, and the United Church of Religious Science.
The Metaphysical Center and Church have been in existence
serving the spiritual community since 1994.
Dr. Adrian Calabrese is the founding director of the Center and
pastor of the Church of the Spirit.
